AVA (Responsible Pet Ownership) Roadshow 2010

Friends of Animal Lovers League will be at this event with some of our brand new merchandise on sale! This will include our calendars, car decals, stickers, pens, notebooks and some lovely hand painted cat and dog bags and T shirts and many more!

All contributions go towards medical care for the animals, maintenance and upkeep of the facility, as well as our rehoming efforts and sterilisation programme.

Do swing by and meet with us for we would love to say Hi and share with you more about Pets Villa.

Animal Lovers League (A.L.L.), established in 2002, is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving, protecting and providing care to homeless, abandoned and rescued dogs and cats. In 2004, A.L.L. started Pets Villa, a non-profit facility that is home to about 300 dogs and 600 cats.

We love the words of this song as we need to believe that our strays can hold on, will hold on while we race against time to help them in the situation they are in.

Dreams see us through to forever..."

It is hard to wait and to hold, we know, but they have to because we believe they are there for a reason. All of them are deserving, deserving for a good home. We pray with them that they can go home, one day.

"Words are swaying
Somebody is praying
Please let us come home to stay"

We also need to hear this song for ourselves, as feeders and rescuers and as re-homers that we need to work together, to hold together. No time for friction or fraction. This cause is for them, our strays, our beloved dogs, not for us. It is never for us. This blog carries no name. Holds no person. Is anonymous. As it should be. This is all about them, each and every dog we have rescued or couldn't. Each and every one that we have fed or couldn't. Each and every one we have seen survived and also lost.

This is theirs. This blog, this entirety, their story. We are just their voice and their tears. We take no pride, we take no shame. We tell it as we see, as it is. As each story is written, tears have been shed, some in joy and some in sorrow and some in anguish and anger.

If this blog has touched you, help us to help them. Many of our dogs are unsponsored, many of them need permanent homes and future. If you can help them, let us know, because it is them you are helping.
